YOUR ELECTRIC FIT

What is included: • Services of an electrician • Removal of the existing fireplace • Area preparation behind fireplace • Localised plastering, sealing, minimal building work etc. • Assembly and installation of fireplace • Plugging in the new fire to an existing socket to within 1 metre of the installed fireplace • Finishing

What is not included: • Repositioning of existing or installation of new electrical sockets • Any other electrical or building work unrelated to the installation/fit • Substantial plastering and building work • Disposal of your old fireplace and any waste materials - please contact your local council for removal

YOUR GAS FIT

What is included: • Services of a registered Gas Safe Engineer • Removal of the existing fireplace • Area preparation behind fireplace • Localised plastering, sealing, minimal building work etc. • Assembly and installation of fireplace • Installation of new fire or reinstallation of customer’s existing fire if required • Finishing

What is not included: • Disposal of your old fireplace and any waste materials please contact your local council for removal • Substantial plastering and building work • Any work unrelated to the installation/fit
